My dear Mrs. Roosevelt:
 
                      Mr. Richard Perkins, who is connected 
with the insurance office of W. W. Luckey, has delivered to 
me for you the following papers, viz:
 
Deed from James H. Horrocks and wife to Thomas Conley and
wife of land on Fuller Lane dated June 26, 1912.
 
Deed from Thomas Conley and wife to you dated March l, 1923
of house and lot on Fuller Lane now owned by you.     
 
Old bond and mortgage of George L. DuFour and wife to you.
This has been closed out by foreclosure of the first
mortgage.
 
Old bond and mortgage of Julia A. Bennett to Homer A, Nelson
dated Oct. 7, 1884 and an old assignment of the same from
Helen J. Nelson, etc. to Laura Nelson dated May l, 1894.
This bond and mortgage affects the present Bennett farm
owned by President Roosevelt.
