February 18, 1941 Dear Mr, Hackett: Mr. Hall Roosevelt tells me that he has replied to your letter of February seventh and that he has assured you that it is perfectly satisfactory to him to have you transfer all insurance on the properties to Mr. Luckey. I hope you will be good enough to let him know when this has been done as, of course, he is very anxious to be completely covered. Also in regard to the taxes on all the houses, will you be good enough to send me a statement as the President will need this for his income tax return, end at the same time, break it down so that he can notify Mr.Hall Roosevelt of his share.
