                               QUARTER OF 1948.

It was recommended that the distribution of income to Mrs.
Roosevelt for the second quarter of 1948 be the same as for
the first quarter, i.e., $7,500.00. After considering the
income balance on hand and estimated charges against
income, it was unanimously decided to distribute $7,500.00,
with the understanding that any adjustments in income would
be made and reflected in the payment for the final quarter
of the year. A check for $7,500.00 drawn to Mrs. Roosevelt
on the Income Account at Fulton Trust Company was
accordingly signed by the three Trustees.
