as efficient. Proposals received from Fulton Trust Company
and the Bankers Trust Company with respect to custodian and
advisory service were briefly discussed. It was unanimously
decided to postpone full discussion and decision on this
question until the next regular meeting of the Trustees.
 
           The meeting adjourned at 11:45 A. M. after tentatively
fixing late October or early November for the date of the
next meeting.
