(2) Approval of the sale of the Hyde Park real estate to Mrs. Roosevelt for $85,000, and the Campobello real estate for $1,000. (3) The authority of the Executors to place restrictions on the property of the estate adjacent to the Historic Site, in accordance with the request of Secretary Krug. (4) The allowance of attorney's fees. If the accounting and petition are filed after the middle of April, the return date can be fixed for the latter part of May, and a decision probably reached on some, if not all, of the matters before the summer recess of the Surrogate's Court. Mr. Hackett advises that the Surrogate has indicated to him that he is willing to enter interlocutory orders on the various questions submitted as they are determined and enter a final decree covering every phase of the proceeding after everything has been concluded.
