It was unanimously decided to grant Mrs. Roosevelt the permission requested in the letter to allow the farmer and his family and all livestock to remain in the present farm buildings until that property should be sold or Mrs. Roosevelt is able to move them elsewhere, whichever should first occur. It was further unanimously decided that the Executors would make such repairs to te Moses Smith house and farm buildings as may be permitted by law prior to the actual sale of the property to Mrs. Roosevelt. Mr. Koons was directed to advise Mrs. Roosevelt that she should submit a detailed statement of any repairs to be made in order for the Executors to determine whether or not the contemplated work fell into the category of repairs as distinguished from capital improvements. With respect to the possibility of selling farm buildings to Mrs. Roosevelt for salvage purposes it was upon motion of Mr. O'Connor unanimously decided that in the event the property is not sold for farm purposes and a satisfactory arrangement can be worked out with the prospective purchaser, the Executors would be willing to enter into a suitable contract with Mrs. Roosevelt whereby she would be given the right to demolish the buildings and remove the same from the property at her expense. III. Offers for purchase of property west of Mariches Creek. The following offers to purchase part or all of the real estate at Hyde Park not included in the sale of Mrs. Roosevelt were considered at length: 1. The Nisonger-Boos Offer dated March 4, 1947.
