DESCRIPTION
 
       l that piece or parcel of land in the Town of Hyde Park,
Dutchess County, New York, being part of the land conveyed
by Steve Balga and wife to Edwardand Carrie Shaffer by deed
recorded in Litter 502, page 490, bounded and described as
follows:
 
    BEGINNING at the northeast corner of a 32 acre, 3 roods, 16
rods, parcel of land now owned by Wyatt and Eliza Jones and
which said point is the south line of the former Henry K.
Burnett farm; thence mouth as per description of Jones deed
l4 degrees, 15' west 5.69 chains to a stake and stones in
line of Jones; thence south 63 degrees, 30' east 1.28
chains; thence per description of deed from Lester G.
Gossoo to Wyatt Jones and wife, Liber 500, page 294, south
75 degrees, 37' east 105 feet; thence north l4 degrees, 45'
east 57.1 feet; thence north 19 degrees, 35' east 275.2
feet; thence north 17 degrees, 10' east 180 feet to the
south line of the former Henry K. Burnett farm; thence
along the south line of the Henry K. Burnett line, being
marked by a stone wall west about 560 feet more or less to
the point or place of beginning.
 
   BOUNDED generally on the west, south and east by Jones and
on the north by the former Henry K. Burnett farm.
 
   ALSO conveying all the right of way reserved from Fred Adams
to Lester Gossoo.
 
   ALSO ALL that other piece or parcel of land in Tows of Hyde
Park, Dutchess County, New York, bounded and described as
follows:
 
   BEGINNING at a corner of walls in the northerly line of the
lane or road leading to Cream Street; thence along a line
parallel to and 30 feet northerly from a wall on the south
side of said lane north 74 degrees, 52' west 119 feet north
77 degrees, 18' west 87 feet, north 73 degrees, 50' west
l44 feet north 26 degrees, l4' west 64 feet north 69
degrees, 35' west 76 feet to a point 15 feet northerly of
