stone wall, now marking the division line between lands of
M. Smith, and these herein described 2x east l4.48 chains
to the southeast corner of the farm; thence north 80
degrees, west 69.12 chains along the stone wall, now
marking the division line between the lands herein
described and those of Edgar A. Briggs and Nicholas Winne
to an elm tree blazed and marked with a cross standing on
the east side of a small creek, which crosses the farm at
this point; thence north 3 degrees, 30' west 80 links along
the east side of the creek to a syeamore tree blazed and
marked with a cross; thence north 27 degrees, 50' west 1.74
chains to an old stone wall on the east side of the Creek;

chains to a stone wall marking the division line between

thence along said stone wall now marking the boundary
between the lands herein described and those of Henry K.
Burnett, Thomas Kipp and M. Smith, in a southeasterly
