THIS IS TO CERTIFY that I have examined the records of the
Dutchess County Clerk's Office for all deeds, mortgages,
power of attorneys, lis pendens, general assignments;
receiverships, statutory foreclosures, sheriff sales, tax
sales against the persons owning the property during the
period of their ownership, and as shown in the foregoing
abstract, and that I have examined the records for the last
ten years for all judgments and for the last five years for
collectors bonds and for the last three years for
conditional bills of sale and since January 1st., 1936 for
criminal surety bonds and that I have examined the records
of the Dutchess Country Surrogate's Court for all wills and
letters of administration of persons dying owning the
property and I find the title marketable in Edward Schaffer
and Carrie Schaffer.
