December 29, 1937. Dear Henry:- I am delighted that the deeds are going through. Will you tell William Birch that he may stay in the house at least until April first and probably until May first, but that Englehardt will wire the house sometime during the winter? Did you give me the map of the Newbold farms? You may have done so but I cannot find it. I shored much like to have a copy for my tree planting people. My best wishes to you for a Happy New Year.
