310-8/10 feet to an iron driven in the northwesterly aide
of a large elm at the northeasterly corner of lands of
Devans; thence along Devan's easterly line south 26 degrees
28 minutes west 75-9/10 feet to his southeasterly corner at
a locust stake; thence along Devans southerly line north 74
degrees 32 minutes west 278-8/10 feet to his southwesterly
corner at a locust stake in the easterly line of Sunset
Avenue:
