April 12, 1933. Dear Henry:- I am enclosing the deed for the land on the Tompkins farm taken by the new highway, as made out by Arthur Halpin. Would you be good enough to check this and if O.K. deliver it to him? At the same time, would you be good enough also to check on whether I should get from the town or the county a deed reconveying to me that portion of the old road which has been abandoned, running to the east side of the Tompkins' house?
