I, FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT, of the town of Hyde Park, in the County of
Dutchess and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory do
hereby make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament.
 
First:-     I direct that all of my just debts, funeral and
testamentary expenses be paid.
 
Second:-    I give and bequeath unto my Trustee, hereinafter named, to
be held by it IN TRUST for the following uses and purposes, all of the
erst of my personal property, such as money, cash in banks, stocks,
bonds and mortgages and bonds and all securities of every kind which I
may own at the time of my decease. 
 
Said Truseee shall invest the said personal property in good securities
and keep it so invested and collect the interest and income therefrom
and pay to my wife ANNA ELEANOR ROOSEVELT the said interest and income
from said trust fund, in quarterly payments, during her life. I hereby
authorize and empower my said Trustee to call in and change the
securities somposing such trust fund at such time or times as it shall
seem proper to do so for the best interests of such fund. Said Trustee
shall reinvest the proceeds of securities sold in such securities as
said Trustee shall consider safe and prober for trust funds to be
invested in. I hereby authorise said Trustee to retain such of my
securities in said trust fund, as it shall consider proper for such
purpose. If a premium shall be paid by my said Trustee for any security
purchased for this trust fund, such premium shall not be charged
against the income but shall be charged against capital.
 
Third:-	    Upon the death of my said wife ANNA ELEANOR ROOSEVELT I
direct my said Trustee to pay over abd deliver the capital of
