     Surrounding the residence are beautiful landscaped
grounds and driveways.
 
     The water supply consists of several springs which flow
by gravity to a 52,000 gallon reserve bin and pumped by
electric pump to a 3,000 gallon pressure tank which
supplies the buildings and the grounds.
 
     While it is a beautiful estate, the magnatude, the
overhead and expense of its maintenance, the structural
condition of the out buildings and its general lay out it
is not a popular type property  or one in demand.
