Re: Estate of Franklin D. Roosevelt
(Estate of Sarah Elizabeth Breed)
Henry T. Hackett, Esq.
226 Union Street
Poughkeepsie, N. Y.
Dear Mr. Hackett:
I thought that we had the Sarah Elizabeth Breen Estate matter al1 straightened out but evidently our good people out in California are still confused. I am enclosing herewith copy of a letter dated November 27, 1945 from Stephen F. Gallagher, the attorney for the Public Administrator of Orange County, California, together with copies of my letters off today to Neil S. McCarthy and Stephen F. Gallagher relative thereto.
Frankly, I don't see how we can make the position of the Executors any clearer than we did in our last letters to Elmer R. Guy and Neil S. McCarthy, i should appreciate, however, receiving any suggestions which you might !rove which would help clear up the situation.
Sincerely yours,
Encl.
