Dear Mr. Hackett, Confirming our telephone conversation of this morning, I am enclosing herewith a copy of the letter which was sent to Mrs. Roosevelt covering the occupancy of the Hill Top Cottage by Elliott, together with a copy of her letter dated November 13, 1945 and a copy of my letter of today to Colonel Roosevelt, all of which you will find self-explanatory. I am also enclosing a copy of a letter dated November ll,1945 from Elmer R. Guy relative to the Sarah E. Breen Estate in California, together with a copy of the enclosure referred to in that letter. I should appreciate receiving your reaction to Mr. Guy's letter in order that I may reply to him. I expect to meet you at the offices of H. R. Harmer, Inc. at 3g East 57th Street, New York City on Monday morning at 10:O0 o'clock.
