Dear Mr. Hackett:
 
             Thank you for your letter of February 20, 1950 returning
the copy of my letter of February 17 to Mr. Cheritree signed
by you confirming the purchase of $25,000.00 Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania Veterans' Bonds.
 
              I am enclosing herewith for your approval and signature 
the  following checks drawn on the Trust Income Account at
New York Trust Company (Fulton Trust Company) which have
already been signed by Mr. O'Connor:
 
             No. 85 to the order of Willis & Christy for the sum of
            $1,584.75 in payment of their attached statement dated
             November 21, 1949 representing the first quarter
             installment of Investment Counsel fee for the period
             November 15, 1949 to November 15, 1950.
 
            No. 87 to the order of Henry Morgenthau, Jr. for the 
            sum of $72.67 in payment of 1/2 of the real estate 
            taxes on the Washington Hollow property held in trust  
            by John E. Mack as per duplicate receipt attached.
 
           No. 89 to the order of Henry P. Reineke for the sum of
          $63.90 in payment of bookkeeper's salary for the month   
           of February less income tax withheld.
