Confirming our telephone conversation of this morning
I believe that the price quoted to you of $300. for the survey of the
Washington Hollow property is fair and hope that Mr. Mack and his
client will agree. As to James Rooseveltts request for a Trustees
Meeting on November 28th with you, I have wired him to the effect
that this is satisfactory to you. Copy of my telegram to Mr. Hash is
enclosed.
I am enclosing herewith for your approval and signature the
following checks drawn on the Income Account at Fulton Trust
Company and which have already been signed by yourCo-Trustees:
No.74 to the order of Henry Morgenthau, Jr. for the sum
of $39.25 in payment of 1/2 of the attached school tax
bill on the Washington Hollow property.
No.75 to the order of Henry P. geineke for the sum of
$63.90 in payment of his salary as bookkeeper for the
month of November, less the usual income tax withheld
If these checks meet with your approval will you kindly sign
them and return them to me for proper disbursement.
