I believe you will find of interest a letter
which I have received from the First Secretary of the 
American Embassy in Berlin under date of October 21. 
In this letter Mr. Heath reports to me a conversation 
which he had with Dr. Schacht in continuation of the 
procedure I suggested to him when I left Berlin last 
March. I am attaching a copy of this letter herewith.
