lubricating oil corresponds with other reports which we
have had. We know a good deal about Fenthol who was here
last year and whose activities we checked carefully.
It is not clear to me whether this is a repetition of 
one of the Goering peace feelers of the type put out
through W. R. Davis; or whether it reflects the old
German Army crowd represented by Fritsch, which Fenthol
