           This map, showing the zones of occupation for "Greater
Berlin was prepared, in the Department on the basis of the data
conrained in the draft protocol regarding the zones of occupation in
Germany and the administration of "Greater Berlin" as amended in the
meeting of the European Advisory Commission held on August 2, 1944. The
map referred to in the protocol
itself has not yet been received.
