(b)  submitted the allocation of the North-Western and South-Western
zones of occupation in Germany, as indicated in paragraph 2 of the 
protocol and shown on map "A" annexed thereto, and similarly the 
allocation of the North-Western and Southern parts of Greater Berlin,
as indicated in the same paragraph of the Protocol and shown on the 
four sheets of map "B" annexed thereto, for discussion and joint 
decision by the Governments of the U.S.A., the U.K. and the U.S.S.R.
 
 
(c)  decided to submit the Protocol between the Governments of the 
United States of America, the United Kingdom and the Union of Soviet
Socialist Republics on the zones of occupation in Germany and the 
administration of "Greater Berlin", with the annexed map "A" and the 
four sheets of map "B", to the Governments of the U.S.A., the U.K.
and the U.S.S.R. for consideration and approval.
