On August 4th one of our reconnaissance aircraft, escorted by 4 fighters attacked by 50 enemy fighters. S enemy aircraft destroyed,one of our fighters missing. Same day our medium bombers while attacking enemy motor transport were set upon by about 50 enemy fighters. 2 were shot down. All our machines returned safely. |
