            Thanks for letttng me know about Mrs. Campbell's 
place. I am telling my client in New York.
 
            Will you also check up on the land lines there;
see how far back Mrs. Powell's land Iies and where her land
and Richard Rohan's land fit into Mrs. Tompkins' place, of 
which you have the survey; and also how they fit into the 
Campbell place? It might be bettor to get the back part of Mrs.
Powell's land and the lower part of Richard Rohan's land on
the hill. I agree with you that that would be a better
building site and view.
