      98 aircraft to Kiel, 23 to Boulogne and a few mine 
 
      laying, 2 aircraft missing.

Libya.
 On 13th our medium bombers 
      inflicted serious casualties on motorised infantry and supply 
 
      columns returning for second attack on Tobruk.
 
      
 
 
12. Night of 13th/14th our heavy bombers attacked 
      enemy aerodromes; on l4th our fighters destroyed 
 
      three enemy aircraft and on the night of 14th/15th four Wellingtons 
      bombed Tripoli harbour.

 15th. Enemy activity 
      light. Our fighters destroyed bomber off Isle of Wight. 
 
      Offensive patrols over France shot down 2 enemy fighters. We 
      lost 4 fighters 2 pilots safe.
 
      
 
 
14. Night of 15th/16th. About 300 enemy aircraft 
      were operating, bombing widely distributed, main 
 
      concentrations on Liverpool and Belfast areas.
