      12 Blenheims bombed bridges and mechanical transport in Central

ETHIOPIA.
 
      Our aircraft bombed transport near Gandar and Dessie. At Dessie, 
      three South African Air Force 
 
      fighters machine gunned aerodrome and destroyed 6 fighters, one 
      bomber and damaged one "Caproni"

GERMAN AIR FORCE
. Night of April 
      19th/20th.
 
      Another heavy attacked launced on London and the Eastern Home 
      Counties. About 460 enemy aircraft 
 
      over London area. Thought casualties will be much lighter than 
      on the night of April 16th/17th. Weather 
 
      conditions hampered our night fighters. One enemy bomber crashed 
      in Sussex and another damaged by 
 
      fighter over London.
