      papers are devoting columns to special dispatches and text, besides 
      pictures of Roosevelt and Cabinet and reproduction photos of 
      first American troops marching through London 1917. Editorials 
      equally devoted thereto are expressing satisfaction bordering 
      on delight of the prospect of American armed forces everywhere, 
      especially Europe; and admiration of the hugeness of the victory 
                             program.
