It is now known that a small British ship was sunk off the PHILIPPINES on the 24th December and an unknown Norwegian ship was torpedoed off CHRISTMAS ISLAND on the 20th January. 2. MILITARY LIBYA. SIOE="-1" FACE="Courier New"> 20th. Activity restricted by severe sandstorms. MALAYA. 20th. The Japanese have occupied ENDAU, CENTRE: Our forces have withdrawn South of the SEGAMAT River to conform with movements further West. No contact with enemy reported.
