MEMORANDUM FOR MISS TULLY: Some time ago you asked me to arrange for the transportation of Sir William and Lady Beveridge to London on or after July 10, in order to arrive at their destination by July 15 I have just received a telephone call from the Air Transport Command to the effect that the plane, on which reservations have been made for the Beveridge party, is scheduled to leave on July l0.
