I am forwarding to you in my immediately following message 
      the complete text of Eden's address to the House of Commons on 
      the conferences as reported in Hanward. You will note that Eden's 
      reference to France is in effect an answer to Marshal Smut's 
      address of some ten days ago. I did what you asked me to do the 
          morning you left Cairo on the Greek situation.
