General Stratemeyer's Eastern Air Command provides magnificent 
      support for our ground operations in Burma. He gives us unfailing 
      aid with his transport aircraft in the carriage of our stores 
      and supplies and in flying-in our formations. As you know, the 
      whole of our campaign here depends on air supply, and we place
