Myron Taylor wanted an appointment with the President today but the  
President asked me to see him instead. Mr Taylor wanted the attached three  
        things brought to the President's attention.        
 
                                                            
 
 
"I will be in town next Friday and if possible would like a brief word  
with the President on an important matter", said Mr. Taylor.
