               Memorandum for the President:                
 
                                                            
 
 
Mr. Myron Taylor called to say that he is in Washington.  He will be here until Saterday next.  
 Plans have been completed for his departure on Friday the eleventh. He wil not be back in   
        Washington after Saterday unless essential.         
 
                                                            
 
 
He asks if you have can see him in the meantime to have a final talk on the subject, as he   
fels you want to talk with him before he leaves.  Would it be more convenience at Hyde Park?   
     If so , I am sure he can arrange to come up there.     
 
                                                            
 
 
 asks me to remind you to provide him with at least one lett
