Since my return I have had this matter up with Assistant Secretary   
Long after discussing it with Under Secretary Welles and the Apostolic   
Delegate.  It has been settled by subjecting all information  
requests and the replies to United States censorship. This solution was   
        readily accepted by the Apostolic Delegate.
