I have received an urgent communication from the Holy See which I desire   
to discuss with Your Excellency at the earliest possible moment. If it be   
convenient to come to the Apostolic Delegation, I shall be pleased to   
receive Your Excellency when ever you may care to call. Otherwise, I shall   
be happy to visit Your Excellency at any time and place you may indicate.   
Please permit me to repeat that the matter is of very great importance and
