I have lived so close to my fellow man I know how he responds, I know   
Americans react to the role of the Good Samaritan, how he admits the   
stranger to shelter and feeds him and clothes him.  I know he never   
turns a deaf ear to the cry of the afflicted.  I know he will do   
 these things because it is good in the sight of the Lord.
