As you know we are in daily communication with washington by cable on   
the coming shipments.  The best information we have as to what we can expect   
in the first 19,000 tons, as well as what has already been unloaded, follows:

The individual fod items are still subject to changes depending upon   
availabilities in the ports from which the ships will sail.  I feel, however,   
that the figures are sufficiently solid for us to plan now.

interested agencies here.  In that case we should be able to provide more   
detail if desired.
