Dear Henry:-
    
              Will you tell Peter Rohan to go ahead.
 
with the plowing of the fifty-acres and the manuring
 
between now and next spring? I do not know whether his
 
estimates are right or not but must assumed that they are.
 
   I enclose check to the order of " Estate of Anne C, Rogers"
 
 for $5,000. Will you record the deed, and deliver the check to
 
Eddie, and send me a line when all this is accomplished so that
 
 I can have some signs put up on the property near the river?
