My dear Mr. 8chneikraut :-
 
     Thank you for your letter of January twentieth;I am only
familiar with the general facts with regard to this property on
Long Island but do not know any of the details. I sha11 be glad
to make the same arrangements made by :Mr. Hackett and ~he
 Bankers Trust Company.The name approval in regard to the
 award to myself and my Mother will, of course, be used as in the
 award of my brother's estate 
 
     Therefore, I do not think it will be necessary for you to 
come to Washington, and I think it had best be handled through 
Mr. Hackett and the Bankers Trust Company.
