The attached letter from Mr. Myron Taylor to the President was inadvertently omitted from   
the blue leather folder bearing the Papal coat of arms and containing the various memoranda from   
the Pope which Mr. Taylor returned to the White House when he saw the President on January 4.   
Would you be good enough to see that it is enclosed with the other papers in the leather folder
