COTTAGE Occupied by an employee, (Curnan,) is a frame, asphalt roof cottage with leaders and gutters and one room in the basement. There are two rooms and bath on the second floor, two rooms on the third floor, hot air furnace heating unit, electric lights, sink. There is a separate well with an electric pump which furnishes the water. Also a frame garage and poultry house for which Moses Smith receives an annual rental of $150.
