     The out buildings consist of a modern green house 18" x
100" with an ell addition and hot water heating system.
 
                Superintendents Cottage
 
    Occupied by Mr. Deyo, it is tea nice frame, one and one
half story slate roof bungalow with copper leaders and
gutters. It has six rooms and bath, oak floors, cement cellar, hot
water heat, electric lights throughout. There is a nicely arranged
kitchen  with a kitchen range and hot water boiler attached.
 
 
                   Teamsters House
 
     A two and one half story, frame wood shingle roof
residence with leaders and gutters, hot water heat and
electric lights. There are three rooms on the first floor
and five bedrooms and bath on the second floor, with old
type flooring. The cellar bottom is part cement and has a
hot water heating system. There is a kitchen range with a
hot water boiler attached and a whit e enamel tub and sink.
 
                        Barn
 
     There is a frame hip roof slate surface, two story barn
with three horse stalls, large wagon space. The side walls
and ceiling is of wainscoting and there is electric lights
and a hay loft above.
 
             Garage and Chauffeurs Quarters
 
     A frame shingle roof building with space for three
cars, concrete floor and wash stand, work shop and lounge
room with bath on the first floor. The ceilings and side
walls are of wainscoting. There is hot water heat. The
second floor has four rooms, electric lights and is in good
condition except for paint.
 
                     The Grounds
 
     There are approximately 111.4 acres, about 32 are
tillable land, about 12 acres in gardens and lawns and 67
acres in woods and lowlands. The property is bounded on the
east by the Albany Post Road and on the west by the New
York
Central Railroad.
