There is a basement kitchen with a white sink, hot and cold running water, large restaurant type range connected to a copper hot water boiler. There are three servants rooms.The cellar room has concrete floors, oil burning Quiet May, Well & McLean hot water heating system. This is a protion of the main house. Under the northaddition or helps quarters is a hot water, coal burning furnace. There is an outside cellar entrance, laundry room with wooden floors and two laundry tubs.
