This will confirm our previous conversation with respect to
recent decisions that have been made in the property of the
Estate of Franklin D. Roosevelt at Hyde Park.
 
A sign has been ordered to be erected on te property,
opposite the entrance to the Library, as follows:

as follows, be inserted in all deds conveying this

     "The above-described premises are sold and conveyed    
 subject to the following covenants hereby accepted by     
the grantees as binding upon their heirs, executors,     
legal representatives, successors and assigns; No     
factory, manufacturing establishment of any kind,     
machine shop, slaughter house, public garage for the     
storage or repair of vehicles, shall be built or     
maintained upon any part of
