commercial sign or sign-board or structure of any kind, shall be built or maintained within 100 feel of the east line of the Albany Post Road." It is my understanding that the following changes have been made in the schedule on page 2 of my prior letter of March 25th and have been approved as the recommended taking prices for the parcels A to F inclusive, of the East Tract: Parcel A- from $ 6,000. to $ 9,000; B- 10,000. to 16,000; C- 10,250. to 15,000; D- 7,000. to 11,000; E- 6,500. to 10,000; F- 14,000. to 15,500; --------- Total $76,500. If taken in its entirety, $60,000.00. It must be borne in mind that these figures represent the absolute maximum values which may be realized for this property in the present market; and although it is more than possible that the market will continue for some time at the present level of activity, nevertheless, should there be a decline in real estate activity or values, these figures should, at that time, be revised accordingly. With this in mind, it is recommended that the asking prices for the property, as noted on page 4 of my letter of the 25th of March, be revised as follows: Parcel Price A $12,500. B 20,000. C 19,000. D 14,000. E 12,000. F 22,000. incl. farm bldgs. Askin price for Parcels A to F, inclusive, as a whole-$85,000.00. Preparation of the brochure, copies of the text and illustrations will be submitted for approval as soon as they have been prepared.
