of possible Japanese action against Australia and New Zealand, which has been prepared by the
Joint Intelligence Cormmittee in London, is circulated for consideration of the Cormmittee.

ports on Coast of Australia and New Zealand, and, might
take following forms:-
(a) Bombardment.
(b) Attack by aircraft launched from these ships.
(C) Interference with port approaches by minelaying.
