is thirty-eight feet eight inches south from the south line
of the Hughson farm.
It would seem to me that a road twenty-five
feet in width would be sufficient unless you intend to make
it a public highway, and if so, it should be fifty feet wide
to be accepted by the town. If you decide on a twenty-five foot
road you might have to move the east gateway about thirteen
feet to the north. Kindly let me know which you think should
be reserved.
