HENRY T. HACKETT ATTORNEY & COUNSELLOR AT LAW 226 UNION STREET POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK Nov. 10th, 1937 Hon. Franklin D. Roosevelt #2-- is thirty-eight feet eight inches south from the south line of the Hughson farm. It would seem to me that a road twenty-five feet in width would be sufficient unless you intend to make it a public highway, and if so, it should be fifty feet wide to be accepted by the town. If you decide on a twenty-five foot road you might have to move the east gateway about thirteen feet to the north. Kindly let me know which you think should be reserved. With kindest regards, I am Sincerely yours, [Henry T. Hackett] -- |
