If this property were developed it would help the 
Village of Hyde Park materially and, on the eastern end,
would have full use of the new Creek Road.
 
      You might talk to Hatfield about it in confidence.
 
      Obviously I do not want to do a thing like this
myself, for the obvious reason that I could not possibly
afford it.
