         There is no objection to the increase of the 
assessed valuation of the east parcel of the Dumphy farm 
on which the new stone cottage has been built from $2,000. 
to $8,000., but, if your Board would grant a reasonable
reduction of the assessed valuation of the balance of the
Dumphy farm, it would be greatly appreciated.
