                           THIS INDENTURE made the fifth 
day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight 
Hundred and Forty-nine between DUDLEY B. FULLER and MARY, 
his wife, of Hyde Park in the County of Dutchess and State
of New York, of the first part, and the HUDSON RIVER
RAILROAD 
COMPANY, of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the said 
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the 
sum of One Dollar, lawful money of the United States of 
America, to them in hand paid by the said parties of the 
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of 
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
 have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, 
conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents to grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said parties
of the second part and to their successors and assigns
forever, all those certain pieces or parcels of land in the
Town of Hyde Park, in the County of Dutchess, known by the
numbers 225 and 226 on the map of the Railroad of the
parties of the second part, filed in the office of the
clerk of said County.  The said parcels No. 225 contains in
total length measured on the center
